Apply to list your products for sale on SpiritArtsAndHerbs.com. Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc manages all sales, retains a 20% commission, transfers the balance to you, and emails customer and shipping information to you.
Products are sold by Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc, and fulfilled by you. Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc adds an estimated USPS Ground Advantage shipping cost to the customer at checkout (based upon the product specifications provided by you). Shipping fees collected will also be transferred to you, and a .pdf shipping label emailed to you.
Items listed for sale must be currently available and ready for immediate shipment. You agree that upon receipt of the funds you will ship product(s) within 2 business days, providing Spirit Arts & Herbs via email with Shipping Verification and Tracking.
You must provide links to your product pages for verification. You agree to give Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc limited license to post your images and descriptions. Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc agrees to not list the product for less than your lowest advertised retail price.
You agree that you and your products comply with Spirit Arts & Herbs Terms and Conditions.
You expressly agree that you are solely responsible for remedy of any claims, damages, complaints, etc. related to your product. And Spirit Arts & Herbs (its owners, officers, employees, heirs, assigns, etc) are wholly harmless of any damages related to the purchase and use of your product.
You understand that your application to become a seller may or may not be accepted. Each application is for up to 15 products and links to the products on your website or online store site must be provided.
If your product listings are or are not accepted, we will let you know. If there are further questions, you must reply within 2 business days or your application will be denied.
