If approved as a reseller, you will receive a discount code. If found to abuse the code or not use solely for resale at MSRP or share the code, you agree that you will no longer be eligible for resale and must reimburse Spirit Arts & Herbs for the difference between the MSRP and the unauthorized sale price offered. You agree to not ever offer a price less than the Spirit Arts & Herbs advertised regular MSRP price.
