• Be aware that many Clan Meier courses are presented for free or for a small fee to the public. HOWEVER, public courses (workshops, podcasts, social media videos, etc) merely present the basics, and do not involve the more intensive information provided through our private workshops and courses.

• By participating in private workshops and courses, you explicitly agree that any and all verbal or printed information shared or provided is protected as copyrighted intellectual property that the Rev Mother Willa has spent decades studying and developing. 

• You MAY NOT share or disseminate any data in any form to ANYONE outside of class, workshop, ritual, or service. You also may not reveal the identities of any other participants or members of courses, rituals, and/or the Clan by name, alias, likeness, or in any other way.

• You MAY NOT participate in virtual or in-person workshops and/or classes and allow ANY other person to listen or view that is not a registered attendee without the explicit written permission of the Rev Mother.

• Recording is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

• The conduct of the Code requires that all members maintain STRICT confidentiality and privacy…not only with regard to content…but also regarding other members and participants.

• Our trust of each other as a Clan, and our privacy, is paramount to our survival. 

• Breach of trust and confidentiality results in immediate dismissal from the Clan, dismissal from all workshops and classes without any refund, banishment from any Clan areas, and being forbidded to participate in any Clan activities (whether private or public). The Clan has the right to determine this dismissal at its own discretion for these or any other reasons. And you agree that by participating in any activities, you will abide by and accept these consequences without any sort of outside disclosure or intervention.

• Any individual or participant that is found to have breached any of these terms may be subject to legal action, not only by the Clan, but also by any participant or member that may be harmed in any way by your disclosure.
