Currently, jobs are independent contract, and Readings / Rituals / Services provided either virtually or at your own location. Occasionally, opportunities may arise in the Akron/Canton Ohio area to assist hosting in-person workshops or courses.

Prior to employment, a criminal and civil background check, a completed form W-9, copy of current valid identification, interview / testing with Clan Mother, and in-person or virtual tour of your space (IF providing in-person services) is required. Alternatively, if in the Akron/Canton area, a space may be provided for you at our discretion.

Appointments are managed through our online booking system. You must specify available days and times, and reserve those times for bookings. Not showing or being late for bookings without notice and without documented legitimate reason two or more times, and/or two or more verified legitimate complaints within a 6-month period will result in removal.

Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc determines pricing and retains a referral commission from all bookings. Payment amounts shown below are the final payout amounts AFTER referral commission is deducted. Funds are collected by Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc, and the balance due to independent contractor is transferred to contractor 2x/month (by the 15th and last day). Contractors are responsible for their own insurance, taxes, etc. 

For the purposes of contractor agreements, Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and assigns are not in any way responsible or liable for claims of illegality for instances related to contractors. 

Contractor relationships do not entitle contractors to use the protected Spirit Arts & Herbs or Clan Meier brands and do not insinuate membership into or relationship with the Clan or Coven. If contractors are Initiates of Clan Meier, they may use the Clan name (along with their Coven name) solely for the purposes of identifying their Clan and Coven, however holds harmless Spirit Arts & Herbs Inc as well as Clan Meier and the Coven harmless of any wrongdoing on the part of your independent faction or business, those of which are conducted as independent Covens, and as independent practitioners.

You are required commit to dedicated dates/times reserved for referrals from Spirit Arts & Herbs in order to manage bookings. Bookings are managed through Calendly.
